Refunds

We offer refunds on items that have been damaged during transport/shipping. If you received a damaged or broken item, please send us a photo immediately so we can either refund you or send out a new product.

What Days Do You Ship?

Orders are packed and shipped 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday excluding holidays. The shipping cutoff time is 2pm, est. for weekdays and 12pm, cst. on Saturdays. Orders placed before 2pm, est., Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2pm, est. Monday-Friday will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed before 12pm, est. on Saturdays will ship same day. Orders placed on Saturday’s after 12pm, est. will ship the following Monday. Payment must be cleared in order for your order to ship. All orders placed after 2pm, set will be shipped the following day following our schedule in the line above.

Are You Products Lab Tested?

We carefully select and only work with the highest quality ingredients/products. Each batch is laboratory tested for purity at at least one lab. In some cases you’ll see multiple test results from different labs. Results of the tests are published on the product page of our website. If you would like to conduct a test on your particular product you can do so at any licensed HPLC testing facility. If any of our products fail the test we will refund your order plus shipping.

Payments

All payments must be completed before your order is processed and shipped. Please see below for a list of all accepted payment methods, and additional details.
